[(3) Whenever a part, component, or assembly is compliant with the international
standard namely, EEC or ECE or Japanese, in lieu of the standard notified in the rules,
the compliance of such part, component or assembly shall be deemed to be established
for the purpose of rules 124 and 126, by a certificate of compliance for the relevant
standard issued by an authorised agency or accredited certifying agency.]

[(4) The manufacturers who are affixing microdot identifiers in the motor vehicles
and their parts, components, assemblies, sub-assemblies shall conform to Automotive
Industry Standard (AIS)-155 as amended from time to time.]

(1)(A) The overall dimensions of motor vehicles shall not exceed the limits as
