VISUAL INSPECTION ZONE
1. (A) The design of the card on the front side shall include the following data fields
in visual form—

1. (B) The design of the card on the revserse side shall include the following data
fields in visual form.

1. (C) The details of the features on the card shall be as under, namely:—
