b. Not to use the data generated from vehicle inspection and certification for any
monetary gains
c. To maintain strict confidentiality of information regarding test results related to
vehicle make and type
d. Not to undertake services related to manufacturing/repair/sale of vehicles or

manufacturing/sale of automobile spares [or scrapping of vehicles]
e. At all times to function in a transparent and impartial manner and to comply the
provisions of sub-rules (1), (2) and (3) of rule 177.
