                                            (a) for equipment with annual production upto 200 Nos. shall be once in
                                                two years per Engine Family;
                                            (b) for equipment with annual production exceeding 200 Nos. shall be
                                                once in every year per Engine Family.]

                                       [(9) Bharat Stage III (CEV) norms shall be applicable to self propelled combine
                                            harvester on and from the commencement of the Central Motor Vehicles
                                            (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2015.]

                                      [(7) Every diesel driven  [agricultural tractor and agricultural tractor-operated
                                 combine harvester] manufactured on and from the date specified in column (2) of the
                                 Table 1 shall comply with the Bharat (Trem) Stage-III A norms and the weighted average
                                 mass of Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrocarbon (HC) and Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) and
                                 Particulate Matters (PM) in grams per kilo Watt/hour emitted by them in addition to
                                 those of visible pollutants as provided in sub-rule (2), when tested for Type Approval
                                 (TA) and Conformity of Production (COP) in accordance with the procedure specified
                                 in ISO 8178 Part-4 (1996) ‘C1’ 8 mode cycle, shall not exceed the limits given in columns
                                 (3), (4) and (5) respectively, of the said Table.
