1. Additives are necessary to fulfil the ED95 fuel specification such as cetane
improver as specified by the engine manufacturer, shall be added to the
ethanol fuel, as long as no negative side effects are known. If these
conditions are satisfied, the maximum allowed amount is 10% m/m.
