are specified in ISO 4259.

In case of dispute, the procedure for dissolving the dispute and
interpretations of the results based on test method precision, as described
in EN ISO 4259 shall be used.

In case of national dispute concerning sulphur content, either EN ISO 20846
or EN IS20884, as the case may be, shall be called up.

The actual sulphur content of the fuel used for the Type I Test shall be
reported.

The unleaded petrol content can be determined as hundred minus the sum
of the percent content of water and alcohol.

There shall be no intentional addition of compounds containing
phosphorus, iron, manganese or lead to this reference fuel.
