Lights AIS-008 or parameters:
AIS-008 (i) Colored lens shall
(Rev. 1) and not be faded;
AIS-009 or (ii) Lens should not be
AIS-009 broken;
(Rev. 1) (iii) Lamp shall be
working;
(iv) No moisture
deposition on
the inside surface of the
lens;
(v) Secured fitment of
the lamps.
(d) Fog Lamps No Yes Visual AIS-008 or Visual inspection
(if fitted) AIS-008 parameters:
(Rev. 1) (i) Coloured lens shall
not be faded;
(ii) Lens should not be
broken;
(iii) Lamp shall be
working;
(iv) No moisture
deposition on the inside
surface of the lens;
(v) Secured fitment of
the lamps.
(e) Warning No Yes Visual rule 108 and Visual inspection
Lights in AIS-125 parameters:
Ambulance (Part 1) (i) Coloured lens shall
not be faded;
(ii) Lens should not be
broken;
(iii) Lamp shall be
working;
(iv) No moisture
deposition on the inside
surface of the lens;
(v) Secured fitment of
the lamps.
(f) Number No Yes Visual rule 108 and Visual inspection
Plate Light AIS-008 or parameters:
AIS-008 (i) White light shall be
(Rev. 1) and used for illuminating
AIS-009 or number plate;
AIS-009 (ii) Lens should not be
(Rev. 1) broken;
(iii) Lamps shall be
working;
(iv) No moisture
deposition on the inside
surface of the lens;
(v) Secured fitment of
the lamps.
