corroded or damaged
(iii) Ensure that

device shall be as per
IS-14682-2004.
(20) FASTag No Yes Visual rule 138(A) Visual inspection

(i) To be affixed on the
front windscreen;
(ii) FASTag shall not be
damaged.
(21) Priority Seats, No Yes Visual sub-rules (1) Visual inspection
Signs, and (7) of parameters:
securing of rule 125C, (i) Buses fitted with a
crutches/ AIS-052 priority seat shall have
canes/walker, (Rev. 1) and pictogram(s) visible
hand rail/ AIS-153 from the outside, both
stanchions, on the front nearside of
controls at the bus and adjacent to
priority seats the relevant service
for differently door(s);
abled (ii) A pictogram shall be
passengers placed internally
and adjacent to the priority
passengers seat;
with reduced (iii) All Type I buses
mobility shall have at least two
passenger seats in case
of Mini and Midi buses
and four passenger
seats in case of other
buses designated as
priority seats for
persons with
disabilities;
(iv) Priority seats shall
be only of the
forward-facing type
and preferably be
located behind the
driver’s seat;
(v) The priority seats
shall be provided with
appropriate facility for
securing the crutches,
canes, walkers, etc. to
facilitate convenient
travel for persons with
disabilities;
